I bought this domain after Sam, one night, was talking in her sleep. Out of nowhere she said, "You always say 'tiptoe Alaska'."

Caught me off guard. I laughed it off until the next morning when she asked what she was talking about in her sleep. Then I remembered.

I finally got around to doing something with the domain after installing Ubuntu on my desktop. I decided that it would make a good LAMP server. After I got that running, I installed Wordpress along with an FTP server. An it seems to work perfectly for what I'm using it for. Especially since I have absolutely no readers as of yet. Hopefully that will change. Probably not, though.

I did stay up for about 5 hours trying to make my domain work with my server. When I finally did, I was very happy & promptly went to sleep.

This was a bit of an "about this server" post.
