I like to let everyone know whatever I write down for some reason. I don't delete comments or entries unless they're borderline retarded. I have an entry I made in 2003 right before I turned 20 that basically sums up my life to that point.

I then felt that I should do that again in 2006 as it was three years later and it seemed to be a good time to do it. Here's that one.

There are many things that I like and do not like as that's how most people are. I like my friends, computers, music & going to many, many concerts.

One thing that I love more than all of that, though, is my wife, Sam. She helps me get through everything that happens, good or bad, in my life. And I hope I help her in the same way in hers. She's my everything and I couldn't picture myself ever not being right beside her. (Unless I'm at work.) She's beautiful, smart and everything I could ever want in a wife. I love her with all my heart.

I don't like drama, bad grammar, bad music or garage doors.

I have a bunch of different ways to contact me, however most of those ways aren't very good as I never use the services. You'll occasionally find me on google talk, but that's only because I'm checking my email.

I don't play sports...usually. I like to watch football and soccer.

I sometimes watch movies. I'm usually listening to music before I'm watching a movie, though. I do enjoy High Fidelity, Fight Club & numerous others. I'm generally not a fan of anime, but there's a special place in my heart for Hayao Miyazaki films. They're so well made and every story, be it for a child or adult, is amazing.

I enjoy pictures of lighthouses. I'm sure I would actually enjoy seeing a lighthouse, too. But I've never been to a place that has one. Yay for the Yaquina Bay lighthouse!






For about a year now on my LJ; I've had a random song in my bio section. Though I actually have stuff on there now, the lyrics aren't going anywhere. In fact, here it is!



Packed and all eyes turned in.
No one to see on the quay.

Ticket in my hand and thinking wish I didn't hand it in.

Leaving behind all the faces that I might replace if I tried on that long ride.
Looking deep inside -
but I don't want to look so deep inside yet.

there might not be another stop further on the line.
Look out - look out at each town that glides by
and there's another crowd to drown in crying eyes.

And see how that light you love now just won't shine,
there might just be another star, that's high and far in some other sky.

We sing, is that marionette real enough yet to step off of that set to decide what her hands might be doing.
Ruining the play to end the ensuing melee escape.

We packed up all of our bags
the ship's deck now sags from the weight of our tracks
as we pace beneath flags black and battered.
Rattling our swords in service of some feted foreign lord.

We sail out on order from him but we find the maps he sent to us don't mention lost coastlines.
Where nothing we've actually seen has been mapped or outlined.
We don't recognize the names upon these signs.

And every night finds us rocking and rolling on waves wild and wide.
Well we have lost our way. N
